1、接通氣源：源接通，調節減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統有無漏氣現象。然后試運行以下動作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時，如果兩氣缸不同步，請下降原點后重新操作。

2、將A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對中。  以A組份為例：  1)操作手動轉閥，將A泵提升，提升過程中觀察各管路有無拉伸過緊處。  2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻桶外，膠面塑料片取出。  3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時應使其與桶口對準，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時，即可關閉排氣閥。（提升開關保持下壓狀態）  4)開機試打膠：將主泵氣源開關打開，按下膠槍開關，直A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續時停止。  用同樣的方法操作B泵。

(the lifting switch is kept in the down pressure state) 4) start up and try to apply glue: turn on the air source switch of the main pump and press the glue gun switch until the air in pump a is exhausted completely, and the glue is continuously discharged from the muzzle. 3、打膠操作：1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內外調整所需比例。只有當A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時，才可進行下面的操作。  2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關，以適當速度平穩地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內的雙組份膠填滿充實為佳。打膠結束時關閉膠槍。

4、更換膠桶：1）當膠桶內的膠用完時，應立即關閉A、B開關，停止打膠。  2）打開A（或B）膠泵充氣開關，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機構為上升位置，點動旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時應注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直壓盤完全脫離膠桶時關閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關。  3）撤出空桶，將新膠桶置于工作位置，重復第2、3、項操作。  1、膠槍：因雙組份膠是由兩種膠混合而成的，其凝固速度與環境溫度和A、B膠的比例有關，混合后的膠一般在20分鐘之內就會反應固化。所以，當設備在正常打膠后，20分鐘之內不使用就須將混合后的膠沖洗出來，以免堵塞混膠器和膠槍。  具體操作：將B泵關閉，打開B膠回流開關然后打開膠槍，膠條為白色即可。

4.
