1、接通氣源：
1. Connect the air supply:
電源接通，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無(wú)漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運(yùn)行以下動(dòng)作：(1)A泵提升;(2)A泵充氣;(3)B泵提升;(4)B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時(shí)，如果兩氣缸不同步，請(qǐng)下降原點(diǎn)后重新操作。
Turn on the power supply, adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa, and check the system for air leakage. 2、將雙組份打膠機(jī)的A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對(duì)中。

1)操作雙組份打膠機(jī)的手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)閥，將A泵提升高點(diǎn)，提升過(guò)程中觀察各管路有無(wú)拉伸過(guò)緊處。

2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻桶外，膠面塑料片取出。
2) Place the rubber bucket under the pressure plate of pump a, open the rubber bucket, turn the plastic bag out of the bucket, and take out the plastic sheet on the rubber surface.
3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時(shí)應(yīng)使其與桶口對(duì)準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。(提升開關(guān)保持下壓狀態(tài))
3) Slowly lower the pressure plate of pump a, align the pressure plate with the barrel opening when entering the barrel, and open the exhaust port of the pressure plate until the pressure plate contacts the rubber surface. When all the gas in the pressure plate is discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, close the exhaust valve. (lift switch remains depressed)
4)開機(jī)試打膠：將雙組份打膠機(jī)的主泵氣源開關(guān)打開，按下膠槍開關(guān)，直A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時(shí)停止。
4) Start up and try gluing: turn on the air source switch of the main pump of the two-component gluing machine, press the glue gun switch until the air in pump a is exhausted and the glue is continuously discharged from the muzzle.
用同樣的方法操作B泵。
Operate pump B in the same way.
4、打膠操作：
4. Gluing operation:
1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整所需比例。只有當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比達(dá)到正常值時(shí)，才可進(jìn)行下面的操作。
1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the required proportion. The following operations can be carried out only when the ratio of glue a and glue B reaches the normal value.
2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對(duì)準(zhǔn)兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關(guān)，以適當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地移動(dòng)膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實(shí)為佳。打膠結(jié)束時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。
2) Set the selection knob on pump a and pump B, align the glue gun outlet with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun smoothly at an appropriate speed to fill the two-component glue in the glass tank. Close the glue gun at the end of gluing.
5、更換膠桶：
5. Replace the rubber barrel:
1)當(dāng)雙組份打膠機(jī)的膠桶內(nèi)的膠用完時(shí)，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉A、B開關(guān)，停止打膠。
1) When the glue in the glue barrel of the two-component glue applicator is used up, immediately turn off the switches a and B to stop gluing.
2)打開A(或B)膠泵充氣開關(guān)，選擇A(或B)膠泵提升機(jī)構(gòu)為上升位置，點(diǎn)動(dòng)旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時(shí)應(yīng)注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直壓盤完全脫離膠桶時(shí)關(guān)閉A(或B)膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。
2) Turn on the inflation switch of a (or b) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of a (or b) rubber pump as the rising position, and jog the knob to lift the pressure plate slowly. At this time, it should be noted that the rubber barrel should not leave the chassis as far as possible until the pressure plate is completely separated from the rubber barrel. Turn off the inflation switch of a (or b) rubber pump.
3)撤出空桶，將新膠桶置于工作位置，重復(fù)第3、4、項(xiàng)操作。
3) Withdraw the empty barrel, place the new rubber barrel in the working position, and repeat operations 3, 4 and 4.
1、膠槍：因雙組份打膠機(jī)是由兩種膠混合而成的，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度和A、B膠的比例有關(guān)，混合后的膠一般在20分鐘之內(nèi)就會(huì)反應(yīng)固化。所以，當(dāng)設(shè)備在正常打膠后，20分鐘之內(nèi)不使用就需要將混合后的膠沖洗出來(lái)，以免堵塞混膠器和膠槍。
1. Glue gun: because the two-component glue applicator is composed of two kinds of glue, its solidification speed is related to the ambient temperature and the ratio of a and B glue. The mixed glue will generally react and solidify within 20 minutes. Therefore, when the equipment is not used within 20 minutes after normal gluing, the mixed glue needs to be washed out to avoid blocking the glue mixer and glue gun.
具體操作：將B泵關(guān)閉，打開B膠回流開關(guān)然后打開膠槍，膠條為白色即可。
