雙組份自動打膠機工作原理：雙液點膠機是由2個壓力桶（儲存A、B膠水，并通過調整壓力桶內壓力控制A、B膠的出膠比例）,1個是點膠機控制器（通過控制點膠閥的動作而控制出點膠時間和間隔時間），1個雙液點膠閥（由點膠機控制閥體動作從而控制出膠，并可微調A、B膠出膠比例）。A膠和B膠分別從壓力桶出膠口接到點膠閥的A、B進膠口，從點膠閥流出的A、B膠通過三通后在靜態混合管里開始混合，經混合管內的波狀塊不斷反復切割，使兩種膠水充分攪拌，混合均勻后流出。

4、2個壓力桶：膠水分裝，長時間不固化。通過調節兩個壓力桶的氣壓，可以方便地調節膠水的出膠比例在1：13：1。對流動性差、粘稠度大的膠水可選裝加熱裝置，確保膠水有較好的流動性。對于長時間放置會沉淀的膠水可根據需要加裝手動、電動攪拌功能。壓力桶材質有不銹鋼和碳鋼可選。
4. 2 pressure drums: glue is sub packed and does not solidify for a long time. By adjusting the air pressure of the two pressure barrels, the glue output ratio can be easily adjusted from 1:1 to 3:1. 5、壓力桶的清洗方便快捷，并可根據用戶的需要可另配置不銹鋼內膽。將壓力桶內的膠水換成清洗液（清水/天那水/酒精/丙酮），高壓力將清洗液從膠槍打出，可膠槍內殘余膠。在常溫下分裝在A、B壓力桶內的膠水如不固化或沉淀，工作結束后無需清理
